Juicy crab is the main ingredient in these premier crab cakes. We’ve added just enough fresh diced celery, lemon juice, parsley and flavorings to make these cakes rich and flavorful. Skillet - 15 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, remove cakes from pan and defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or crab meat will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick coating and heat over medium-high heat. Cook crab cakes 5-8 minutes on each side or until browned and heated through.
Suggested Sides: Caesar salad, roasted corn on the cob
