Description:Plump chicken breasts are basted with a honey-dijon sauce with just a hint of curry. Serve them over the rice for an elegant meal. Rice included. Oven – 40 minutes if thawed, 55 minutes if frozen; or Stovetop – 10 minutes if thawed, 20 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes covered baking time; or defrost slightly in microwave if using stovetop method.
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick coating; place contents of chicken bag in baking dish. Bake covered 30-35 minutes. Remove lid and bake uncovered 10-12 minutes, basting frequently with pan juices, until chicken is brown and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Stovetop: Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauce to skillet; cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Rice: Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for Regular entree). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot. Serve chicken over rice.
