Vegetarian Minestrone Soup

Description:

This hearty Italian soup will make your kitchen smell divine. Italian herbs, vegetables, two kinds of beans and tender macaroni make this classic dish rich and satisfying.  Stovetop:  20 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Place contents of bag in large saucepan. Add 6 cups water (3 cups for regular entrée) and stir to combine. Bring soup to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
