Sunday Pot Roast

Description:

A tender, fall-apart pork loin roast surrounded by potatoes, onions and celery – just like mom used to make.  Your house will smell divine with this simmering on the stove.  Stovetop - 30 minutes if thawed.

 

 

Cooking Instructions

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions: Empty contents of bag into large saucepan. Add 2 cups water (1 cup for regular entree). Bring to a boil then reduce heat until contents begin to simmer. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

 

Suggested Sides: Tossed salad, hot bread
