Description:

The secret recipe of the mom of one of our franchisees!  This recipe won first place at Atlanta’s Taste of Forsyth. When you taste it you’ll know why it is such a winner.  Grill or Skillet - 20 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions: Steak: Preheat grill or large skillet. Remove steak from bag, discarding bag, and cook steak on grill or in hot skillet until medium-rare (140F on instant read thermometer), turning after the first 10 minutes. Let meat rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into thin slices. For tender juicy meat, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thin. Sauce: Pour sauce from portion cup into a small sauce pan and simmer 1 minute on low heat. Drizzle simmered marinade over sliced steak just before serving.
