Soft pita wraps hold moist, oregano-and-lemon marinated chicken and are topped with our chunky feta/olive mixture. Dip them in the zesty lemon au jus, and listen for the raves. Whole, loaded pita wraps make this a hearty meal. Skillet - 20-30 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen, defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Chicken: Heat a large skillet with lid over medium heat. Add chicken with juices; cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is very tender (165F on instant read thermometer). Remove chicken from juices, and cut into very thin slices. Keep juices warm. Pita Bread: Preheat oven to 375F. Place pitas on a baking sheet and warm in the oven 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Fill each pita wrap with chicken, and top with feta cheese mixture. Serve with hot juices for dipping.
