Description:This entrée is sophisticated enough for a special evening yet familiar and kid-friendly enough for any night. Tender steak is topped with sliced mushrooms, fresh asparagus spears, diced ham and Swiss cheese. Stovetop - 20 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Keep meat frozen until ready to cook. If sauce or ham and cheese is frozen or partially frozen, deforst in the microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Place steaks in skillet and cook 10 minutes or until steaks have pulled apart and lost most of their red color. Drain and discard juices. Lower heat to medium, and stir in mushroom sauce. Top with asparagus, ham and Swiss cheese. Cover skillet and let simmer 10 minutes until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted.
