Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Description:

You’ll be amazed that such simple preparation at home yields this showpiece of a dish. The tenderest cut of pork bakes in a flavor-enhancing marinade and is served with a sour cream-based sauce livened by a slight kick of mustard. Oven - 45 minutes; or Grill - 20 minutes, if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost pork slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or meat will become tough.

Cooking Instructions:  Oven:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place contents of pork bag in a baking dish.  Cover and bake 45 minutes (30-35 minutes for regular entree) or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Grill:  Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill tenderloin 20-25 minutes (15 minutes for regular entree) or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.  Serve mustard sauce (cold or room temperature) with cooked tenderloin.

Suggested Sides:  Super Suppers Supreme Mashed Potato Casserole, tossed salad
