Roasted Chicken and Baby Baker Potatoes

Description:

Serve this dinner for family, friends or special guests - the results will always be spectacular. Chicken breasts soak up a marinade spiked with garlic, herbs and Parmesan cheese and cook alongside tiny potatoes, creating a centerpiece entrée. Oven: 35-45 minutes thawed, 45-60 minutes frozen.

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen add 10 to 15 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven 375F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
