Creamy Corn with Green Chiles

Description:

Mild green chile peppers provide beautiful and zippy contrast to creamy yellow corn in this Southwestern-inspired dish.  Stovetop – 5 minutes if thawed, 10 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Place corn mixture in saucepan over low to medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until mixture comes to a simmer. Be careful not to let it stick to bottom of pan and burn.
