Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Maple Seasoning

Description:

Diced sweet potatoes, loaded with beta-carotene, vitamin A, vitamin E and minerals, are flame-roasted with a touch of brown sugar, spices and maple syrup.   Oven:  30-35 minutes.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil, add 8-10 minutes covered baking time.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 450F.  Place pan on baking sheet.  Replace lid with foil.  Bake covered for 15 minutes.  Uncover pan and stir to coat sweet potatoes with seasoning.  Bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes.
