Oven-Fried Rosemary Potatoes

Description:

Fragrant rosemary and garlic add zing to potatoes cubes, tossed with olive oil and baked until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.  Oven – 40-45 minutes if thawed, 45-55 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen, defrost slightly in microwave until potatoes can be separated; add 5-8 minutes baking time or until potatoes are done.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 400F.  Spray baking sheet with non-stick coating.  Remove potatoes from bag and place on baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake 40-45 minutes, stirring twice during baking time to turn potatoes.
