Rice with Spinach and Feta

Description:

Feta cheese and spinach are natural partners, adding Mediterranean flair to this creamy rice casserole gently spiced with garlic and oregano.  Oven – 20-25 minutes if thawed, 25-35 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 5-8 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 20-25 minutes.  Let sit 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
