Ham and Hash Brown Potato Frittata

Description:

This beautiful layered frittata is perfect for a cozy supper or easy Sunday brunch. Layers of hash browned potatoes, ham, and Jack and Cheddar cheeses are enriched with eggs and sour cream. So yummy and rich, you'll find yourself craving it at midnight as well! Oven - 80 minutes thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15 - 20 minutes baking time. Defrost bag of egg mixture in microwave in 10 second intervals, being careful not to cook egg or melt cheese.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid; remove bags and paper from pan. Discard paper. Pour egg mixture evenly over potatoes. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 70 - 80 minutes (60-70 minutes for Regular entrée) or until center is set and internal temperature is 165 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
