Salmon with Olives and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Description:

Salmon fillets are brushed with Dijon mustard, topped with breadcrumbs, and accented with sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Every bite takes you on a trip to the Mediteranean. Oven: 30 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes baking time or until fish is flaky.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove lid and bake 10 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
