Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen defrost in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Pork: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place the pork in a baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes (30-35 minutes for regular entrée) or until internal temperature of pork is 160F on an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Salsa: Stir and serve at room temperature. Or, heat small saucepan over medium heat. Add salsa and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
