Description:

Greek Spinach Pie - Spinach and feta cheese star in this vegetarian entrée with flaky puff pastry surrounding it. Oven: 45 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on baking sheet. Remove lid and bake uncovered 45 minutes (35 for regular entrée) until top is golden brown, or pie reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides: Sautéed mushrooms, fresh sliced tomatoes tossed in vinaigrette.
