Tortilla Crusted Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Description:

Mild and flaky tilapia coated with crushed tortilla chips seasoned with a southwest blend of unique spices. The sweet and fragrant mango makes a refreshing salsa that is a perfect accompaniment to the fish. Oven: 30 minutes if frozen.  25 minutes if thawed.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 5-8 minutes extra covered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions: Fish:  Preheat oven to 350ºF.  Place tilapia on greased baking sheet, discarding any liquid in bag.  Gently mix topping in bag.  Sprinkle topping evenly on each piece of tilapia.  Bake 25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  If topping turns too brown before fish is done, tent with foil. Salsa: Swirl content of the sauce bag a few times to mix well.  Serve salsa with fish.
