Lemon Berry Mascarpone Cake

Description:

Two layers of moist cream cake with cranberries, blueberries and cinnamon streusel baked into each cake; then filled with fruit and a lemon mascarpone cream.

Preparation:  Thaw completely in refrigerator overnight for best result. Can be kept frozen until ready to use.  Serve in room temperature.  This cake can be served with a fruit sauce or compote. Once thawed, cake can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Please keep covered in refrigerator or freezer.
