The well-balanced balsamic glaze definitely brings out the sweetness of butternut squash and the delicious flavor of potatoes. It goes well with any meat or seafood. Oven – 35-40 minutes if thawed, 45-50 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 5 - 10 minutes baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Place vegetables on a baking sheet with sides in a single layer. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring once halfway. Remove from oven. Immediately add sauce to vegetables. Stir to coat. Return pan to oven. Roast vegetables for additional 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
