Description:Mild white fish takes on the savory flavors of French-fried onion, herbs and lemon pepper. The fillets are baked until golden and crispy on top and come with our flavorful rice pilaf. Oven – 15 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If fish is frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time. If rice is frozen, defrost in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick coating. Remove fish from pan and place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish is golden and crispy on top. Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for Regular order). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
