Beef Fajitas

Description:

Tender beef marinates in our wonderfully seasoned rub.  It cooks up quickly and gets tossed with onions, peppers and seasonings.  You get flour tortillas to stuff with this festive mixture.  Stovetop -  10 minutes if thawed, 15 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave.  Do not over-microwave, or meat will become tough.  

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add contents of bag of meat and bag of vegetables to skillet.  Cook 3-5 minutes or until meat is just done and vegetables are heated through.  Do not overcook, or meat will become tough.  Heat tortillas in microwave.  Serve meat and vegetables wrapped in tortillas.

 

Suggested Sides:  Salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chips
